Individual Therapy
50-minute sessions focused on your unique story, strengths, and goals. Together we’ll build skills for grounding, emotional regulation, and values-based action, at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable.
Online therapy across California
I offer warm, grounded, evidence-based therapy to help you move from overwhelm, self-criticism, and emotional burnout toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and psychological flexibility.
Serving adults and couples via secure video throughout California.
Therapy can be a place to pause, breathe, and gently reconnect with yourself—without judgment.
About
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) offering online therapy to adults and couples across California. My background includes years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, substance use, and major life transitions.
My style is warm, collaborative, and gently direct. I value honesty, curiosity, and respect for your pace. You will not be pushed into anything before you are ready, and you will not be treated as “broken.” Instead, we’ll look together at how your history, nervous system, values, and current contexts are shaping your experience—and what it might mean to move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and spacious.
In our work, I often draw on mindfulness and embodied awareness, helping you notice what is happening in the present moment with a little more compassion and a little less judgment. From there, we can explore new choices and new ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and the people in your life. I also offer neurodynamic-style breathwork and values-based coaching for individuals seeking more experiential work or support outside of traditional therapy settings.
Services
50-minute sessions focused on your unique story, strengths, and goals. Together we’ll build skills for grounding, emotional regulation, and values-based action, at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable.
For partners navigating conflict, communication struggles, life transitions, or the impact of mental health or substance use. We’ll slow things down so each person can be heard and so the relationship can have room to shift and repair.
Brief consultation and collaboration with other providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, is available with your written consent to support more integrated care.
Neurodynamic Breathwork
In addition to talk therapy, I offer neurodynamic-style breathwork sessions for clients who are interested in experiential, body-based practices. These sessions use intentional, connected breathing, carefully curated music, and guided integration to help you access deeper layers of emotion, insight, and nervous system regulation.
Breathwork can support release of stored tension, increase access to emotion, and help you connect with a quieter, wiser part of yourself. It is not a replacement for therapy or medical care, but can be a powerful complement to ongoing work when approached with respect, preparation, and consent.
A typical neurodynamic breathwork session is 90 minutes and includes preparation, the guided breathwork experience, and time for integration afterward. Investment for a 90-minute breathwork session is $200.
We will always discuss your history, intentions, and any medical or psychological considerations before incorporating breathwork. You remain in choice throughout the process, and we move at a pace that feels safe for your body and nervous system.
Breathwork can be incorporated for existing therapy clients where clinically appropriate, or discussed as a separate experiential offering.
Life Coaching (Outside of California)
For individuals who live outside of California, I offer life coaching services that draw on many of the same tools I use in therapy—mindfulness, values clarification, accountability, and gentle but steady support—within a coaching framework.
Coaching is future-focused and goal-oriented. Together, we might clarify your values, identify patterns that keep you stuck, and design practical experiments to move toward more meaningful work, relationships, creativity, or self-care. Coaching can be especially helpful during life transitions, career changes, or seasons where you feel called to grow but aren’t sure how to begin.
If you’re unsure whether therapy or coaching is a better fit, we can discuss this together during an initial consultation.
Coaching FAQ
Coaching is future-oriented and focused on goals, habits, and values-based action. It does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. Therapy is designed to address mental health symptoms, trauma, and emotional distress, often exploring past experiences and their impact on your current life.
Coaching may be a good fit if you’re generally stable but feeling stuck, in transition, or ready to deepen into your values and make concrete changes in your work, relationships, or daily life. It can also be helpful if you want structured support and accountability.
Coaching is available to clients who live outside of California, depending on scheduling and jurisdictional considerations. We will clarify your location and any relevant details during our initial consultation.
Coaching is not considered medical or mental health treatment and is not covered by health insurance. Coaching fees are typically paid out-of-pocket.
Approach
My clinical work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and compassion-focused approaches. I also integrate elements of non-violent communication (NVC) and motivational interviewing when we are working with behavior change or communication patterns.
In practical terms, this means we pay attention to your thoughts and feelings, but we don’t get stuck fighting with them. Instead, we practice noticing your inner experience with more spaciousness and compassion, and we explore what it would look like to move in the direction of your deeply held values—even when anxiety, self-doubt, or old patterns show up.
Sessions often include gentle exploration, guided awareness exercises, and concrete tools you can use between sessions. We might explore self-as-context (the part of you that can notice your thoughts and feelings without being overwhelmed by them), values clarification, boundary setting, or communication strategies that support more authentic, sustainable relationships.
Throughout our work, my intention is to offer a steady, attuned presence so that you have a consistent, grounded space to explore, experiment, and grow—at a pace that honors both your nervous system and your goals.
Learning to notice thoughts, emotions, and body sensations with curiosity rather than judgment or avoidance, so you have more choice in how you respond.
Clarifying what truly matters to you—connection, creativity, honesty, stability, growth—and taking small, doable steps in that direction, even in the presence of fear.
Moving away from harsh self-criticism and toward a kinder, more supportive inner stance that still allows for accountability, responsibility, and meaningful change.
