About Rachel

Rachel Boyer, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles who provides online psychotherapy to California residents and life coaching to clients around the world. Blending evidence-based modalities like Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, she helps individuals move from self-criticism and anxiety toward clarity, empowerment, and authentic connection.
